Family Support Worker, Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI

The Family Support Worker will work under the supervision of the Abegweit PRIDE Program Team Supervisor, Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI, and will work closely with the other members of the PRIDE team as well as other community based programs and services. The Family Support Worker will provide primary intervention and support to children and families requiring services as determined by the service case plan.
