Indigenous Justice Case Manager

Location: Charlottetown or Summerside

Reporting to the Senior Program Coordinator of IJP, the Indigenous Justice Case Manager is responsible for the execution and delivery of the IJP, which is designed to facilitate the rehabilitation and culture awareness to Indigenous people across PEI. The Lead will serve as a case manager and provide referral services and support as required.
