The Manager of Prevention Programming (PRIDE) is a senior social work position that carries the responsibility to oversee the delivery of prevention programs and/or services by the Confederacy’s Child and Family Services Program.  The Manager of Prevention Programming (PRIDE), implements, monitors, and evaluates programs and services in the program.  The Manager reports to the Confederacy’s Director of Child and Family Services.  The Manager will recommend to the Director changes required in programs and policies and is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the prevention program activities.
