REPOST: Indigenous Reintegration and Healing Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Indigenous Justice, the Indigenous Reintegration and Healing Coordinator is responsible to develop, design and implement a reintegration model to provide support and healing to Indigenous offenders returning to the community from federal correctional institutions. Upon completion of program development, the Coordinator will serve as a case manager for offenders being released from a federal correctional facility to their community in PEI.
