Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Operating Officer will be responsible for enhancing the internal organization processes and infrastructure that will allow the Confederacy to continue to grow and to fulfill its mission and expand its scope. The Senior Operating Officer will manage the following functions:

• Financial Management and Oversight
• Human Resources
• Operations
