Family Therapist Lennox Island First Nation

Location:  Lennox Island, PE
Position: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours/week
Annual Salary: $ 79,326 – $99,236

The Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI’s Child and Family Services Program, provides support and prevention services on behalf of the Abegweit and Lennox Island First Nation communities. The Family Therapist provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families as part of the prevention services team of professionals. While the role may involve public education at times through workshops (primary prevention) most of the work is in the areas of secondary and tertiary prevention services.

Annual Salary: $60,606 – $75,797

The Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI’s Child and Family Services Program, provides support and prevention services on behalf of the Abegweit and Lennox Island First Nation communities. Overall program components include Band Representation, Liaison and Advocacy, Outreach Services for Children in Care, In-Home Family Support, and Community Education and Awareness. This position reports to the Supervisor, Child and Family Team Lead for Lennox Island First Nation.
