Bone Carving Workshop With Michelle Sylliboy

The Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI’s Family PRIDE Program is excited to host Bone Carving Workshops with Michelle Sylliboy. The workshops will take place from 9am-4pm on Friday, August 9, 2024 and Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the Aboriginal Women’s Association’s Resiliency Lodge. A light lunch will be provided during both sessions.

Three-time award winning author and Interdisciplinary artist, Michelle Sylliboy, is a two-spirit L’nu/Mi’kmaq Artist born in Boston who was raise on unceded territory in We’koqmaq Unama’ki. She gathers much of her inspiration from personal tales, the environment, and her Komwejwi’kasikl language.
