Indigenous Sport Celebration

I (the parent/guardian) understand that in sport, injuries can occur. I fully understand the potential risks involved in participating in any/all activities pertaining to Indigenous Sport Circle PEI, and I therefore release the Indigenous Sport Circle PEI and the Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI and the sport associations involved in the activities from any and all claims or actions for injuries of any kind that might be suffered by me during any/all activities involving the Indigenous Sport Circle PEI.
