The Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI, in partnership with Lennox Island First Nation, is thrilled to offer an Indigenous Women and Youth Self Defence Workshop series. All sessions will run from 6-8pm at John J. Sark School Gym.

Session 1 (Women) – Monday, February 10, 2025
Session 1 (Teens) – Tuesday, February 11, 2025
Session 2 (Women & Teens) – February 12, 2025

Indigenous 3rd Degree Black Belt, Samantha Duhamel, will help you discover your inner strength through self-defence, physical health, and body awareness training. All the way from Lac La Biche, Alberta, Feather Light Defense is a fully Indigenous owned and operated self-defence workshop.
