Join the Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI for a collaborative opportunity to learn about and explore the possibilities of Family Group Conferencing.

This session will highlight Wikimanej Kikmanaq (Calling on our Families), a Mi’kmaq Family Group Circle program developed by Mi’kmaq social worker, Kristen Basque.

Grounded in Mi’kmaw culture, family strengths, and the belief that healing happens when we come together in circle, participants will learn about the Wikimanej Kikmanaq model and contribute their input to the ongoing development of MCPEI’s Family Group Circle Program.
